The Approach
- Put the tools in the hands of the people who need them. Start with education, prompting, and simple workflows.
- The people closest to the work are the best judges of what's useful — the best person to leverage AI for their function is the person doing that function.
- Let their usage drive the roadmap — someone using AI in their workflow today will tell you exactly what to automate tomorrow.
- Avoid big all-or-nothing engineering builds. Almost every automation can start small and iterate. 80% automated and done beats the full-automation spec you never got to.
- Be thoughtful about where you intentionally want humans in the loop. Sometimes full automation should not be the goal.
